The staff at The Embassy Suites Hotel is the greatest people ever encountered. They were courteous, friendly, and, most of all, attentive to all my needs. I would recommend the hotel based on the staff. They have selected, in my opinion, the best people in Dallas. Dallas doesn't have the reputation of friendly people. But the staff there, if I had to grade them, is above standards.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The hotel environment both inside and outside was lavish in its' landscaping. The hotel smelled beautiful.

The hot tub was not hot.

I had a very pleasant experience staying there.

I loved everything. The bartender was generally nice but sometimes gruff. The staff was great and they offered great services like free breakfast and cocktails. The room lighting was poor. I felt depressed in the room so I liked to stay in the beautiful lobby. The pool was shimmering. The gym was sparse and kind of sad, but much better than nothing.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: There was a beautiful lobby with swans, that was extravagant.

It's a lovely facility. It's a large hotel, so guests should be prepared for a conference-like atmosphere.

This hotel gives good service. I love the complimentary breakfast and the happy hour daily.

The building was being remodeled, and security seemed lax. The lighting was very poor. I had a corner room and couldn't turn on the bedside lights without turning on the overhead light.

The employees were very helpful and nice.

They need more choices in their cable lineup. It was seriously lacking.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: They had a free made-to-order breakfast every morning.

I am accustomed to higher standards; however, Embassy Suites is great! In comparison, every other hotel is 'poor.'
