This hotel made me feel pampered: They were happy to give extra towels as needed.

This hotel made me feel secure: The room door lock was secure, the entrance doors where locked at a certain time and you had to have a key card to enter the building, and I saw plenty of staff on hand at all times.

When we asked the front desk clerk about a cab, she was unhelpful. She wouldn't call us a cab, and suggested we walk over to the Hard Rock hotel. If we wanted to walk to the Hard Rock, we would have stayed there.

This hotel made me feel respected: All employees were extremely friendly and efficient.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They had a nice sitting room next to bedroom with a sink, microwave, and TV. I enjoyed the Manager's open bar each evening, and the breakfast cooked to order each morning. No smoking in the hotel.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I enjoyed the newspapers, and the meal at happy hour.

The room could definitely have been cleaner, otherwise it was as I expected, except my view was better than my previous stay.

This hotel made me feel content: I knew I was getting a great room, in a great place, for a great price.

I enjoyed the swans swimming in the lobby while eating breakfast.

I was happy that the Embassy Suites offered high speed internet access.
