Spent two nights at this hotel and thought it was very nice. The children had a great time in the pool. The complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.

I had a clean room. I loved the birds in the little lagoon! The kids liked having pizza delivered to the room. They served great breakfast, though the area was too crowded. The pool was murky and small. The workout room was barely adequate. The front desk staff could have been a lot friendlier. I was exhausted, having driven all day and I just wanted to get to my room! They did not smile and they made a huge hassle out of small things. If I have another bad experience with the employees of Embassy Suites hotels I will not go back. For me, friendly, respectful customer service outweighs everything else.
