The decor, the staff, the location, the breakfast, the free parking, everything was fantabulous (yes, that's a word)! We hated to leave (especially when we got to our next destination - Embassy Suites, RiverCenter in Covington---ugh!)....

My family and I (4 rooms) were at this hotel last weekend (6/6-9/08) and I must say, the hotel was wonderful. The only thing was, the A/C in the entire building was out the whole weekend, but the staff was very helpful and accomadating (the gave us a big discount). Also, the manager's reception was "GREAT" Vicky the bartender "rocks".

This was a nice hotel, we were pleasantly surprised. There is noise at night from the atrium, which is not a problem if you are sleeping in the main bedroom, but may be a problem for anyone sleeping on the sofabed in the living room. The pillows...

The hotel was great. Parking was way too expensive at the hotel, so I parked at the convention center a block away for a much cheaper rate. The beds and the room were wonderful, just as expected. I cannot wait to stay at the new one in Honolulu!

The location was perfect for where I had to go for business. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
The room was more of a home away from home. With having a separate living room from the bedroom, it made it feel homier. The fantastic breakfast each day was also greatly appreciated.

Mediocre
Construction was going on in the atrium the entire time, so there is no bar or restaurant and it is quite noisy. Traffic noise from the freeway was also bad and the bed was very uncomfortable.
