I live locally and love staying here 'cause it's out of the way yet close to the city. The environment is awesome, it's cool to just walk around at night, listen to the waterfalls, and even go down to the game room that's open 24/7.

Excellent
We stayed here one evening around Easter and now every time we go to Colorado Springs we make sure to add an extra day just to spend the evening here. Very nice...
There was a Presidents day hockey tourney in Colorado Springs for youth players and there was a lot of teams at this hotel. They set us up with a mini hockey room and respected us greatly. The free breakfast was awesome and so was the free drink...

Horrible
We stayed at the Colorado Springs Embassy Suites while visiting with family. The linens on the bed were never changed, although we stayed for 11 nights. On our last day we woke up covered with bug bites! Each of us had 50-75 bites covering our...

The check in was great! The room was nice. They had to replace my TV. The food service was horrible. The bread for sandwich had mold on it. The food service manager apologized and took it off the bill. I spilled some coffee and I had to wait around five minutes for the staff to come clean it up, when they arrived they looked at me like I was crazy for waiting. I did not want anyone to slip and fall. The staff seemed to have training issues.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Embassy Suites Colorado Springs.
I might recommend it to friends.

The room was great. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely wonderful. The happy hour was good. We had a problem with the door lock and the front desk person was not very friendly when helping us though.
I am very likely
to return to the Embassy Suites Colorado Springs.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
The staff was sooo nice. They have a social hour with free drinks each evening. And an AMAZING breakfast that you would pay $8-$10 for at a restaurant. The lobby area is gorgeous and the beds were super duper comfy. We also had a great time in...
