I liked it very much, but the communication between the personal staff was very difficult.
The hotel had an excellent location. It was under construction. Nearby there are fine restaurants.
This hotel was just renovated. What a lovely place. The suites were very nice. I love the beds and had a great night’s sleep. If you are looking for amenities this is the place to be. There is a great breakfast and the free cocktails at night were nice, too.
The accommodations and the food are of the expected high quality of an Embassy Suites hotel. There is a charge for the available wireless internet service and the connection is so poor that it is practically unusable.
The hotel was excellent in all the respects. I loved the suites, the free cooked to order breakfast and the open bar in the evenings. The price was very reasonable.
This hotel was in a great location, was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was larger than expected.
This hotel made me feel important: Everything was in order at the check-in and they knew my name and info.
We were unaware that a major renovation of the hotel was underway until our arrival. We were surprised that the hotel was even open. The staff was nice enough but the customer service did not respond to email regarding our concerns.
The room was nice, the room service was prompt. The manager's drinks were a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent. But parking was difficult.
I have stayed there before many times.
It was a good stay. I enjoyed how quiet the room was.
The services were great. I had a nice room. I was pleased with the good service, the soft bed and the great hot tub.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They were there for every need and they really made you feel pampered.
The complimentary breakfast was cold and the lights were burnt out in the room. I paid a good price for the stay. They had good customer service.
This hotel made me feel respected: They were all friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
The hotel was being renovated and I got rug glue on my shoes because it was not covered. No warning sign was visible.
Everything was fine.
The hotel was located minutes from the meeting site. The accommodations were excellent.
This hotel made me feel entertained: The hotel provided us with a relaxing place outdoors near the pool for relaxation and conversation.
The hotel in Colorado Springs was very nice and had just been remodeled. The employees were very nice. The room service was great.
This hotel made me feel extravagent: The suite was well cleaned and designed. The new bedding was very comfortable and stylish. I loved the new down duvets they furnished. The pillows were very nice.
We have had our family Christmas there for the past ten years and the outstanding service and facilities cause us to continue that tradition.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They give us a good contract. The service is always outstanding. The facilities for the children are wonderful. They feel at home there.
It was just a motel that had an available room that night.
We find Embassy Suites to be very comfortable and are consistent across their properties. The included breakfasts are made to order and are very good. The manager's reception each evening is an added value.
I had reserved a smoking room and upon arrival they put us in non-smoking. We asked to be put in our requested room, but they said they had no smoking rooms available with the king size bed we had reserved due to high occupancy. They put us in a smoking room with twin beds. I requested they give us a king size smoking room once one became available. They said okay. Next morning they called and said the person on yesterday's shift did not inform them of our request and the rooms were taken. This is why I have not returned, I now stay at another hotel in Colorado Springs.
