Embassy Suites Colorado Springs

The check in was great! The room was nice. They had to replace my TV. The food service was horrible. The bread for sandwich had mold on it. The food service manager apologized and took it off the bill. I spilled some coffee and I had to wait around five minutes for the staff to come clean it up, when they arrived they looked at me like I was crazy for waiting. I did not want anyone to slip and fall. The staff seemed to have training issues.

The staff was too snooty and not at all helpful. There were children running wild and loud late at night.

The prices are a little high for all the amenities that the hotel got rid of. The relaxing atmosphere is gone, too.

The room was great. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely wonderful. The happy hour was good. We had a problem with the door lock and the front desk person was not very friendly when helping us though.

This hotel was just renovated. What a lovely place. The suites were very nice. I love the beds and had a great night's sleep. If you are looking for amenities this is the place to be. There is a great breakfast and the free cocktails at night were nice, too.
