We were put under 'lock down' it was not a pleasant experience. Due to the number of children staying at the hotel for various hockey tournaments, the staff was not adequate to handle the crowd.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They are professionally staffed and they treated you the way you expected. The rooms are fantastic, lovely place. Lovely people. The full breakfast cooked to order was a special touch by this chain.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable - too hard.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Everyone smiled at me like was important and they were glad was there.
