The service desk staff did not communicate with each other. It took two hours to get some boxes I had delivered to me via FedEx up to my room after I had called and asked that they be sent up. Also, I left the boxes with the front desk to be sent out via FedEx the night before I left and they did not go out. I had to call the front desk and they were still there the next day.
They don't have recycling.
It was an anniversary gift to my husband, but the air conditioner was stuck on full blast and we froze the entire night. Other than that it was a nice time reminiscing about the hotel which is where we met as employees.

They make you feel very comfortable and their staff is always there to help out.

Was not impressed with 'street scene (there was a drunk throwing up outside of hotel when we arrived ). We had to drive around the hotel twice to find the parking entrance, as there was a sign that said parking lot was full.
Need more seating in the bar/reception area.
The street scene upon arrival was less than desirable; drunk was sitting out front throwing up. Son was upset by this. Later he thought he heard gunshots in the middle of the night.
Excellent deal for the price.
