23 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The location was nice but the parking was not. The attentiveness, the understanding and the courtesy of the valet parking was not what I expected of a hotel of this stature. The comfort was adequate on some levels and on others not at all. The service was just outright pitiful. I would not recommend this hotel to other tourists because you are not going to get what you expect for the name and the price. The prestige of the hotel was short lived was I arrived at the valet. I would have changed hotels if I could. Then to top it all off my room was on the upper floors but I had to go down four floors every time I wanted ice because the ice machine was either broke or empty on every subsequent floor. It was not at all what I expected.

I arrived earlier than check in time, four o'clock in the afternoon, which was too late in my opinion, since check out was at eleven o'clock in the morning. The clerk sent us to the lounge or the library to wait and they did not have such things. So we sat in a corridor and my husband checked three times before our room was ready..
