I enjoyed my stay there very much.

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. It is always a wonderful stay and the service is excellent. The food there is great! They have a cooked to order breakfast and a happy hour in the evening.

It’s in a good location near the airport and train station.

They were very accommodating to me. They provided a second floor room that opened to the ballroom floor, as I suffer from extreme acrophobia!

It’s an excellent choice when traveling with children.

The wake up call system did not appear to be running on the correct time. For instance, the wake up call came fifteen minutes earlier than requested. The experience traveling between the O'Hare airport and the hotel was quick and efficient.

They serve exceptional breakfast in the morning!

The staff was prepared for the individuals attending the convention. When one of the attendees required medical service, it was secured. I did miss the service of a Business Office for those of us who did not bring a personal laptop.

It was well suited for the conference with attendees from around the county. I disliked having to pay for parking. I appreciated the breakfast and the happy hour.

It’s a comfortable, good quality hotel. The drawback is its location. It is not convenient to anything but the airport. The airport shuttle worked well.

This hotel made me feel pampered: My conference suite was huge, with lots of space for paperwork and my computer.

It was close to the airport and central to our relatives. It had easy access from O'Hare.

The room was comfortable. We did not hear any outside noise from our room in the middle of the night.

It was nice, I enjoyed it. It was very convenient to the airport and in a central location to all our relatives whom we were visiting. It was close to downtown but away from all the traffic.
