We enjoyed our stay although it cost more than we are used to. The parking charges for guests were exorbitant. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.

I enjoyed the location. The hotel staff was nice and the breakfast is great. The pull out sofa bed was old and uncomfortable.

This hotel made me feel important: They had my key ready since I'm a Hilton Honors Silver Elite customer which made checking in very easy. I arrived at ten-thirty and my room was ready which was very much appreciated.

It has a great location! The valet parking was excellent. The staff and the morning breakfast were very good!

The full service breakfast was wonderful. It's only a few blocks to Michigan Avenue, but not the price of a Michigan Avenue hotel. The concierge was extremely helpful with directions to various locations.

It's good because its location is in the downtown area where you can get access immediately to the place where you want to go. However, the technology of the room seems to need updating. For me the price of the room is not worth it for my money.

The hotel staff was great and the stay was very good for the most part. The toilet kept running and we found a cockroach, but we were compensated a one-night stay on our bill for the inconvenience.

This hotel made me feel respected: The bellman was very personable and warm. It felt like he knew us by welcoming and speaking to us upon exit and entry. He got the elevator for us and held the doors until we were inside. He always told us to have a nice day or night and was very friendly. The valet people were very courteous and friendly in the same way. They got our car for us very quickly and also were very pleasant each time we departed or returned to the hotel.

All employees were personable. The room was attended to daily. A free full breakfast and free happy hour cocktails were included in the daily rate, a plus for our group.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Everyone on the staff was polite and helpful to all our needs.

It's close to many attractions and transportation. Breakfast was included. It's a great place to stay.

The room was dirty, and the plumbing was so old it was nearly impossible to get hot water. On top of that, there were roaches in the room, the TV didn't function well, and the carpet was so filthy your feet were black when walking across it.
