The desk staff really knows how to make their guests feel welcome. Very pleasant and fun attitude about their job.
This hotel made me feel welcome: I felt welcome there because the front desk staff was very accommodating for any and all requests. They took the time to get to know the guests, like myself, who had extended stays. The staff helped you feel like one of the gang.
