This was one of the worst hotel experiences i've had. There was no heat in the room! froze. I was ill at the time, also, and the lack of room warmth did not help my condition. I was extremely disappointed with this, my first experience, with embassy sui.

One of the bedt that have ever had in a hotel. They were very friendly, kind and helpful.

I expected it to be much nicer than it was. This was in january, and there was no heat in the room! they had to send up space heaters.
