it's a wonderful hotel for the price. They have a free breakfast, awesome waiters, A+ on some nights, really poor service on other nights. The housekeeping is good on some days, other days they do a horrible job. The food was great though,shuttles to downtown anytime and the manager's receptions were great. It's definitely worth the money.

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Boston at Logan Airport.

This hotel made me feel welcome: When we discovered that the air conditioner in our room wasn't working, the staff tried to be helpful. Though some were more helpful than others, each was sincere in their desire for our well-being.
