I love breackfast time serving omelet chosing by me, but I hate to see football all day at morning.

I love by bed with a lot of so soft pillow that make me feel at home but, I donīt like very much the dinner options.

Shuttle service were suitable and confortable.

Even the hotel are located inside airport zone it is absolutely quiet, silent.

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Boston at Logan Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Boeing767 icon Bus drivers more helpful than the clerks

I was allowed to check in very early in the morning ... so that much is good. However, for the remainder of our visit, we found the front desk staff to be somewhat standoffish, and not particularly interested in helping the customer.

The complimentary Embassy breakfast was only fair ... with the bacon so soggy as to be inedible on the second morning.

The afternoon cocktail hour only includes non-alcoholic beverages in styrofoam cups.

However, on the brighter side, we found that the shuttle drivers were pleasant, and willing to help. One steered us to an outstanding pizza place just three blocks from the hotel in a very residential neighborhood.

They were pleasant when taking us to and from the T station as well. The T station is quite close ... walking distance really, but not recommended at night.

Front desk personnel knew nothing about the Boston area and could not help with public transportation and did not know where Brandeiss located and did not bother to help

No concierage

Air conditioning did not work

2 lamps broken

Asked for nonsmoking and put in a "non smoking room" on a smoking floor-could smell smoke

Dining area overwhelmed, dirty silverware, out of juice.

I really enjoyed it when I walked into the room, the beds had a bottle of water and a pack of cookies. What I really didn't enjoy was that the restaurant food is not that great and is very expensive for what you are getting.

Sometimes I just want a simple plate of chicken with fries or a little snack like a grilled cheese sandwich. Parking is bad, I am from Chicago and I am think of driving to Boston for my kids spring break, but where will I park my car?

I really enjoy staying in the Embassy Suites when I go to Puerto Rico or Florida I always stay in the Embassy Suites in Dorado and in Orlando and my family and I really enjoy staying there. I would not like to go to another hotel. I will still like to stay in the Embassy Suites if the service is good, but when service is not good and it starts getting expensive, then we need to move on.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Embassy Suites Boston at Logan Airport.
I might recommend it to friends.

Our stay was pleasant. It would have been better if there was more available to do within walking distance. As for the hotel, the only complaints I had were the mattress used in the hideaway bed and the fact that you had to pay an extra thirty dollars to have valet parking for your vehicle. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. All the staff was very pleasant to deal with.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Embassy Suites Boston at Logan Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I loved the complementary breakfast! I felt it was wonderful of the hotel to offer the complementary breakfast and the manager's reception. The room was comfortable, with a good size refrigerator. Also extremely convenient was the free shuttle to the airport and to the transit station. The hotel restaurant wasn't that great, but with so many places to eat in Boston, who wants to eat at the hotel restaurant anyway?

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They guided me through the amenities like the refrigerator. They also brought me an extra blanket when I asked for one at four in the morning!

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Boston at Logan Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location is excellent, they have a convenient airport shuttle and car rental. They have a great indoor pool, which is very important to me, and the buffet breakfast cooked to order was great. The location allowed walking along the waterfront. The suite was comfortable for kids.

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Boston at Logan Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The service overall was terrific but I did wait forty minutes for the shuttle at the airport. The event staff was particularly attentive. The room was very nice. I was on an upper floor and the view was terrific. There is a limited selection of items to purchase in their convenience store.

This hotel made me feel practical: Accommodations were made for some specific requests. I was there to conduct a meeting and they quickly adapted to my needs and the needs of my participants.

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Boston at Logan Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

1. The room doesn't have refrigerator like all other Embassy suites do. I called the front desk and was told that none of the rooms are equipped with a refrigerator instead of a cooler. So it is not "Suite".

2. No parking lot even in the airport hotel, is this normal in Boston?

3. Their evening beverage has no alcohol service like other Embassy suites. And there were not enough tables to sit down, even though there were a lot of empty tables in the hall, they were reserved for the restaurant.

4. No water or beverages in the room, no water in the vending machine in each floor, I needed to go downstairs to buy one from the store’s vending machine.

I am not likely to return to the Embassy Suites Boston at Logan Airport.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The hotel's location was near my daughter's condo. I recommend others to ask for a free upgrade as my daughter did, and we received one graciously.

The hotel's location was good and the room was clean and nice. I thought the price was high. We liked that we could use the free shuttle to the airport and T station but sometimes it took a long time when we had to stop at the airport first. Two of the lights in our room didn't have light bulbs. There were plenty of towels. Me and my husband each use two towels in the morning and there were plenty for both of us. I didn't like that the person at the concierge desk was not helpful. We were looking for tourist info and info about the best way to get to the cruise ship terminal the following day but he could not or would not answer any of our questions.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Embassy Suites Boston at Logan Airport.
I might recommend it to friends.
