Embassy Suites Boca Raton

This is not Embassy quality hotel. I have stayed with this chain many times and will never choose this location again. They advertised valet parking - when I got in late to check in (8pm) no valet available, no bellhop, not even a cart available for carrying luggage. I went to the front desk to check in and inquire about these services and was told "no one was on duty" and perhaps he could help me. I waited and waited. My son met me while I was waiting and located a cart and toted all the luggage himself. The hotel is currently under construction and is in disarray. Only two of three elevators were working. I stayed on the third floor. My view was an outside roof hanging. I could hear every airplane, day and night, that flew overhead. Very noisy with construction added to the mix. The room was clean and housekeeping very attentive. The breakfast was very good. The front staff not very welcoming.

It is a great place to stay for business. I loved the breakfast and the free drinks in the evening!

I liked the friendly staff and the clean rooms.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The hotel had a calm pleasant environment. I loved the room.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

We reserved a non-smoking room and when we got there the room was a smoking room and they changed in with no problem. When we received our bill the last day it was for more than our reservation and they corrected it with no hassle.

We would stay at this location again.
