The hotel has nice pool, whirlpool and sauna. They provide great free breakfasts at the excellent restaurant.

They just need to keep up the good work.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: It's an overwhelming hotel for the first-timer.

The suite has two rooms so one can sleep late while the other one can be up and about.

Coming from Chicago to visit the Mall of America was excellent, but staying at the Embassy, the hospitality was overwhelming.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Two employees stood out and made our stay quite pleasurable, the manager and the waitress.

This was my second stay at this particular hotel, and both times the room was not ready at the check in time. But the staff was very accommodating, and provided upgrades and discounts to compensate. Overall, both stays were made very pleasant by the overall quality of the service and the facilities. I would definitely recommend staying there.

I liked the shuttle service available to the mall of America and other places as necessary.

The bathroom had visible mildew and mold. Some drawers were missing handles. The front desk staff forced us to sign some kind of waiver because our two children were staying in the hotel. The front desk staff placed us in exactly the wrong location -- high traffic and noise, despite our explicit request for a quiet location. The room service was fast and courteous, but the food itself was disappointing.

The location is excellent if you want to shop Mall of America and go to the restaurants. The room was nice but a bit overpriced. I didn't really use any services.

I absolutely love Embassy Suites. It costs a little more than other hotels, but it is well worth it. We love the Manager's Happy Hour and the wonderful breakfast in the morning.

This is a good, comfortable place to stay.
