Embassy Suites Bloomington

The rooms have gone downhill - there were many maintenance problems which weren't addressed: the faucet leaked continuously all night, and the toilet wouldn't stop running. The bathroom heat lamp timer was broken and stayed on all night. Carpet was obviously well worn and dirty. I doubt we'd stay there again.

I like the free cocktail hour cleanliness with special perks.

The breakfast and the cocktail hour options are good. I liked having two rooms to work in.

I have always like the Embassy hotels. The social hour, the breakfast, the suites, all is good.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The people were nice. They seemed happy to work there. The beds were super comfortable.

Coming from Chicago to visit the Mall of America was excellent, but staying at the Embassy, the hospitality was overwhelming.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Two employees stood out and made our stay quite pleasurable, the manager and the waitress.
