100% occupancy has caused this hotel to be overwhelmed. Bathroom floors are not mopped, vacuuming is skipped, dusting is unheard of. Silverware, glasses and coffee cups are filthy. Use disposable ware if you don't like lipstick on cups...
The staff here calls their worst rooms the corner rooms. These rooms are next to two drops; one for rubbish and one for soiled linens. Each time a drop is made down these chutes a loud explosion is heard in the room. Even the business office...
