Okay
I love the fact that Ruth's Chris is there although I didn't get to eat there while I was in Birmingham.1. Burned out light bulb over vanity, 2. toilet ran all night, 3. insufficient supplies for making coffee.“Upon check-in, I was given the key to...

Okay
I was very pleased with my stay here. The room was very well kept and clean. They have very friendly people that work at the check in desk. It was not very crowded any where in the hotel because there was so much for the people to do.
Always a gamble finding a place off the Internet - but this one was good. Nice sized Clean room, Good bed, good water pressure, Breakfast each morning with friendly staff and made to order omelet. Indoor pool (which we did not use). The Hotel is...

Okay
Maybe I'm a snob, but when someone asks me to pay nearly $200 a night for a hotel room, I expect a little luxury. There was nothing luxurious about this hotel, except for maybe my $100 meal at Ruth Chris (which was worth every penny, btw). I also...

Mediocre
Room was dirty. Bathroom had mildew in grout, hair and nasty dirt on the walls. Elevators and halls were dirty and the dirt had nothing to do with the construction that was also going on. Hotel was under construction which I was not informed of when ...

Horrible
First room had hair, plastic clothing tags and stained grout in the bathroom. Sofabed had potato chips, crumbs, computer parts inside. Management graciously changed our room. Second room also had moldy/stained grout and dirty bathroom floor, AND...
41 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I went to the Embassy Suites hotel because of the wonderful experience in Dallas, Texas. The toilet overflowed the whole weekend. The bathroom was not clean, the refrigerator was not on, the bed was terrible and the phone rang off the hook. I tried to contact the manager and he never called me back. There was no one at the desk at check out.
I am not likely
to return to the Embassy Suites Birmingham.
I would not recommend it to friends.
