39 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel room wasn't clean. When I asked someone to clean it, it took a couple of hours for someone to come. Whenever I requested something it always took a couple of hours for them to take care of it. The food court for breakfast was always empty it took them at least forty-five minutes to restock everything and then it was half-full and the cook and a very nasty attitude.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Embassy Suites Beachwood.
I might recommend it to friends.

Not enough staff members were present. Young partygoers who didn't have rooms just hung out in the hallway and it didn't feel safe for my children and myself.

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Beachwood.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This is a very nice and clean hotel. I loved the inside and the breakfast. The beds were amazing.
