The hotel had a convenient location and a friendly staff. There was no free wi-fi internet service in the room, you had to pay for local calls, there were not enough towels for four people and the room was not very clean.

This hotel is unbelievable. The view is breathtaking! This hotel was absolutely everything I had imagined it to be. The tropical atrium was beautiful with colored fish, the outside glass elevators, the rooms, etc. Everything about this place is magnificent. My husband and I went for an anniversary weekend getaway. We will without a doubt, stay at Embassy Suites every time we come back, especially with our kids. There is so much space in the rooms! The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I couldn't believe all the selections! If anyone is considering Embassy Suites, I highly recommend this place. It was wonderful in every way. I can't wait to go back!

When I arrived they knew why I was in town and seemed very happy I was staying at their hotel. They were respectful. I also had a welcome letter in my room because of my reward card.
