It is a great location and a nice hotel. They are good people. There was lacking in hot water.

The hotel has a very convenient location, near lots of food and entertainment. It serves a great free breakfast. The hotel has nice facilities.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Information left in the room invited us to breakfast and cocktail hour. We were placed on an upper level floor and there was a personalized card in the room with our name on it welcoming us to the hotel.

It has easy access to Interstate 35. It’s a nicely kept facility, though slightly older than some Embassy Suites. They have an excellent staff that is always ready to accommodate guests every need. This was not my first stay here and the level of service is always the same, great.

The air conditioner was not powerful/suitable for hot Texas summer weather, closed parking was limited -- there was not enough handicapped spaces. The whole room was rundown in appearance -- wallpaper peeling, obvious dirt in corners of floors and carpets, baseboards missing, bad bathroom caulking, smelly refrigerator. And there were only two towels in two double-bed rooms.

Embassy Suites is my family's favorite place to stay in any city. The rooms are comfortable and large, making our stay almost like home.

This was for our anniversary. The whole evening was a disaster! They forgot my husband's order for the champagne, then brought wine with 1, yes, just one glass (after 3 hours!) They also gave us just one set of dinnerware. They forgot the roses, and the lunch order was messed up.
