Everyone was quite helpful in giving directions and helping meet any needs I may have had. I hope to visit there again soon.

I wanted to see how I could reserve rooms for a group of about ten rooms for guests who would be flying to Atlanta for a surprise party. I rarely got a return call; I was not given the quoted rate on the contract; the reservation clerks told people that no rooms were reserved under our name. They had poor customer service.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The hotel itself has a very elegant interior - reminded us of a set from 'gone with the wind' - and guess it was the way the staff also treated you, and behaved themselves - with southern grace and hospitality.
