I'm in Alpharetta on business every other month. This hotel comes through with excellent service every time I am there. The staff really cares! The atrium set up makes for a feeling of security. The breakfast offers so many choices, hot and cold....

This hotel has really gone down. Although the hotel is fairly new, the professionalism of the staff is truly disappointing. The management seemed to be unsure of themselves and the front desk help are not very helpful. I have been coming to "ES" for a few years & this location does not seem to be able to keep qualified, professional workers.
