It has a convenient location in north Austin. They have great breakfasts and a helpful staff.

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Arboretum.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

While this particular Embassy Suites is nice, it is very hard to find. The location is just "OK". There is a nearby Whole Foods and does have some good restaurants nearby.

One of the most surprising features was how large the rooms were. Then again, we were in Texas. It was amazingly spacious, clean, and all the "typical" conveniences you can trust in an Embassy Suites.

If you are a fan of swans you will not like the little water area where a bunch of swans are held captive.

One of the things I like about Embassy Suites is that they are pretty much formula from one to another. That, in and of itself, is a good thing when you just need a consistent place with many of the creature comforts. You know what you are getting.

They had nice swans in the pond. I liked the happy hour specials and the hot breakfast.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I liked the friendly front desk personnel. They helped with restaurant recommendations.

The toilet was running continuously in the room we were given. As soon as we contacted the desk, we were moved to another room. We were given a free movie to make up for our inconvenience. We didn't use it, but it was a nice gesture.

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Arboretum.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel important: They took care of any and all problems as soon as they came up. For example, the TV was broken. I placed a call and they came right up without any hesitation and they tried to fix it.

The hotel was very old and outdated. The interiors of the suites need to be brought out of the 1980's and re-done with new furniture and color scheme. The bed was lumpy and the pillows practically flat. The bathroom was terrible.

I am not likely to return to the Embassy Suites Arboretum.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It was the nicest and most relaxed hotel I’ve been to.

This hotel made me feel hip: They are very up to date with their ‘happy hour’ and their information on where to go for fun.

I always stay at the Embassy because they are the most bang for the buck!

This hotel made me feel entertained: I liked the he free breakfast and cocktail hours, the free hot tea, chocolate, and coffee in rooms -- the little extras. They pull out all the stops to make you feel welcome.

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Arboretum.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was a very old and outdated Embassy Suites. The hotel needs to be spruced up. It seemed very cheap. The staff were not hospitable and overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. With the amount of money I paid, I will choose another hotel next time.
