This hotel is beautiful, my room was first class, the staff was great and I enjoyed my stay, until time to check out. I left my jacket in the closet and returned about 6 hours later when I realized it was missing. A thorough search of the room revealed there was no jacket there. My flight was leaving shortly, so I had no time to waste. The manager gave me a coupon for a free nights stay, but I would never stay here again. I would not trust leaving my belongings in the room at all. Also, when connecting to the internet, the computer charges $10 for a duration of 24 hours. I called the staff and was told there would be a charge for each time I logged off and on, so I left my computer plugged in. At check out, I was told it was a mistake and the charges were reversed. It would have been nice to know that before I spent time searching for a library to use free internet service. I have traveled alot, and stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I have ever had an item stolen.
