It was a fair hotel stay for the money. The rooms were clean and as expected. Nothing above and beyond. The restaurant food was poor quality as was the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the bar did not know or understand how to mix standard drinks.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel is nicely decorated and has an open atrium design that I like. There is a buffet breakfast and managers reception everyday which adds to the experience. They still offer free parking.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The hotel has a special floor for gold card members. I have also received special limo service from the hotel instead of a regular taxi. The hotel staff all have a great attitude and they don't try to nickel and dime their customers.

The best time to stay at this hotel is in May.

There was no one at the front desk when we came in around 2:30 PM. No one showed up for 5 minutes!

This is a luxury hotel that made our Disney vacation special. My grandson especially enjoyed picking his own breakfast from the full breakfast buffet, which made less stress for me. I enjoyed the manager's meet and greet social in the evening. The atrium area with fountains and decorated for Christmas was beautiful. If you needed to ask questions of the staff, it was necessary to seek out someone who spoke English.

Our family's stay was with a toddler and a person in a wheelchair. Access in our suite was very comfortable, and it was easy to get around, especially in the bathroom. The cook-to-order breakfast each morning was very quick, the selection of food was great, and the service was very friendly. The hotel was in a good location to where we needed to go during our stay. It was very convenient.

For those visiting Disneyland, this hotel is a luxurious oasis with close proximity to the park. Daily breakfast starts the day and winding down with the hosted social hour is enjoyable. The hotel and its rooms are always beyond expectations regarding cleanliness and decor.

It is a great hotel. The room was nice and clean. All the staff was nice, friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again as it is a great place to stay.

We have always had good service at this location. We enjoy the breakfast buffet and find the shuttle bus to Disneyland convenient.

It was a nice hotel except that the way that it's made (Atrium) it can get quite noisy. I am also surprise at how many parents would allow their children to roam freely. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints. Well, I just wish they had more parking.

I often stay at Embassy Suites because I travel with my teenage daughter and require separate sleeping facilities, which is standard at this hotel.
