This is a wonderful place for families. We took our children, ages 25,23,17 and the room was perfect. The wetbar provided another place to apply make-up and do hair and the bedroom area also had a desk/chair/mirror in place. The refridgerator actually worked and even froze bottles of water in the freezer area. The beds are double rather than queen but were so comfortable that we really didn't mind. The breakfast is amazing. Choices include cooked to order omelettes, bacon, sausage, pancakes, scrambled eggs, toast, muffins, bagels, donuts, yogurt, fresh cut-up fruit, milk, coffee, juice and 4 choices of cold cereal and hot oatmeal. Each evening the soda fountain was open for all you can eat drinks and popcorn/snack mix. You could buy a slice of pizza for $2 at that time as well. We don't drink alcohol so I'm not sure if the alcoholic beverages were free or not. We absolutely loved our stay. The glass elevators worked well, sometimes they were busy depending on the time of day but never slow enough to complain about. The staff was professional and courteous. We stayed on the top floor (14) and loved it since we didn't have any noise from above us. Because we had 4 adults in our room I did pay an extra $40 per night but whenever I called for more towels we had them within minutes. This is truly a great value. I'd say it was about 1 mile to the front gate of disneyland. We could see the park from our window. Shuttle will take you there and back for $3 per day.

We opted to drive our rental and park for $11. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we go.

My husband and I stayed here with our three year old June of 2006. My only complaint was the noisy atrium. Sound carries everywhere and is amplified. I was surprised how many children were aloud to scream and run up and down the halls and in the atrium area.

The breakfast was good and offered a lot of choices. Also, the a/c unit in our room made a periodic high pitch sound that was bad enough to have to put in ear plugs.

This quality mid priced hotel was everything advertised. I had a very comfortable stay.

We paid extra for a larger suite, and we expected a pull-out couch that was usable. The bed bowed in the middle and it was awful! If you are planning to actually sleep on this, check it out before you accept the room!

We had a great dinner at the grill, but they tacked on almost 20% service charge, and this was not delivered room service. The internet service advertised was not free. There was no VCR/DVD player for the TV, and the shower spit the water from high up, at least it was hot. I will shop around the next time for different hotel.

This hotel "rocks" from the time we checked in until our departure (8-days); the staff was very polite, courteous, and very informative of the activities at the amusement parks and shopping complexes; the breaksfast is perfect for people on the go! very lite & sufficient; the Happy-hour is another good feature here; rooms were very clean, bathrooms are big & spacious, housekeepers were very polite and helpful; for those who plans to visit Anaheim/Garden Grove area should check out this hotel, you won't be disappointed, I was referred by family members who has stayed here several times, and not once was dissatisfied. Now I know what they were talking about!!!

It's a great location with great service. I love the evening snack time, it helps to tide you over until dinner or to keep the kids happy.

The pull out bedding and bed did not look very sanitary. I wish they would encase the pull out mattress in a clean pad. It had nothing but half of a sheet on it. The hotel otherwise is a fine place to stay with the family.

I liked the room and staff. The elevators could not handle the number of guests at the free breakfast buffet each day. There were only four elevators for fourteen floors. I also had a non-working air conditioning unit, but they fixed it very quickly.

Everything was wonderful!

This hotel made me feel secure: All room doors open in to an enclosed atrium that is not accessible from outside. The staff was easily identifiable and plentiful.

The hotel was as expected, but the staff could have been a bit more helpful. It's in a rather convenient location.

They had a great staff, and a great breakfast which is buffet style, with all the fixins, eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, cereal, toast, doughnuts, and omelets. They have a great social hour where you get free alcohol for two hours, beer, mixed drinks, whatever. They also served snacks and good pizza. The rooms were awesome and A.R.T. picks up right outside. It was awesome!

Why stay here? First, the garden atrium is awesome! It looked like I was in the jungle. The pool and Jacuzzi were spectacular. The pool was surprisingly warm at night. The rooms were very clean and nice. Their breakfast was very good. We will stay here again.

I was surprised how close to the freeway it was and how desolate the surrounding area was.

It was in a great location, very close to Disneyland. The rooms were very big. The room service was incredible. For example they set up your dining room table when you order food from the restaurant. The restaurant is a little pricy but worth every penny. The breakfast is incredible. Everyone was so friendly.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The hotel takes your luggage to the room. You can order room service and the table is set up for you. You can order toothbrushes or anything else in case you forgot something.
