It was excellent right from the bellman's greeting in the driveway on arrival through departure. I'll stay there every time I'm in Albuquerque from now on!

72 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for business
The suite was ample in size and nicely laid out. In-room conveniences were generous, two TV's, refrigerator, wet bar, and comfortable furniture. The complimentary cooked to order breakfast included many selections. The nightly Managers Reception was generous. The entire hotel was attractive, especially the lobby.
This hotel made me feel pampered: They responded immediately to requests for more towels and linens. They responded in person immediately to give instructions on how to regulate the air conditioner.

I liked the friendly staff, great welcome, and beautiful suite.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The furnishings felt more like home than a commercial property.

Everything was great except that the fire alarms went off about three times and it took them a long time to get it fixed.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: They called to see if everything was ok.

It's a very nice area. It was my second time in that area for business purposes and I had no issues or problems at all.

32 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for business
The hotel was beautiful and the suite was big. I like that it had a desk in the room and a showerhead that massages. It also had free drinks at night, which was a plus.
This hotel made me feel respected: They treated me like a professional and got what I needed when I asked for it. They made me the breakfast I wanted and it was good.
