They offer good, professional service in a clean environment with friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I liked the location of the hotel and the pool and the afternoon get together.

I don't have any thing bad to say about my stay. The room was nice. The hotel was right across from a shopping mall and a food court which made it even better.

I like the friendliness of the staff being very helpful with any questions we had about the area. We did miss not having the garden inside but the pool area was decorated very nice.

The air conditioner was noisy. The pricing was wrong for shuttle to cruise port. The hotel staff including management argued with us over it. We had to produce proof by retrieving an old email. It was a good thing we saved it. They moved us to another room on the highway when the hotel was not busy. I feel they must get back at us with the reason for the need to be moved as well as having to accommodate us for the price of the shuttle upon check in. The desk clerk did not know how to check us in. Then they argued with us again the next day, as they wanted to charge us again for the cost of the shuttle when we paid during check in. We had to wait while they called the check in girl to prove that we paid. All this process was for fifteen dollars five per person. It was awful service all around. The rooms were damp and exhaust fans in bathrooms did not work.

The bar tender was great.

The hotel is a convenient, clean, and very nice place to stay. Breakfast was very good.

It was a bit less than what the Embassy Suites used to be. The kitchen did not have a fridge or stove. The rooms were adequate, but much less than in the past. Comps were good.

The only issue that I had was the elevator did not work. We were on the tenth floor and had to walk all the way downstairs because three elevators did not work. Other than that, I loved the Embassy Suites.

This is a beautiful hotel, very elegant.

The Hilton brand is not my first choice due to the fact that the only reward offered in their loyalty program is more hotel stays -- I already stay in hotels 2 or so days a year. With the Marriott and Crowne programs, everything from cameras to bikes to lawn mowers are offered as incentives.
