Everything was fine during my stay at this hotel.

I had a problem hooking up a DVD player in the room because all of the equipment would not unplug. I rented the room for a child's birthday party and overnight stay.

This hotel made me feel entertained: I like the wireless Internet and cable TV offerings. The pool was nice too.

Each time I stay at the Embassy Suites, the experience is very pleasant. The location is ideal for my business needs.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms are always clean and the temperature is set at a comfortable level. The check-in process is not a long drawn out process, usually 20 - 20 seconds and I'm off to my room.

We have stayed at this Embassy Suites for the past three years in July. They were not quite as accommodating this year as they had been previously and there was renovation going on. The main problem was one of the elevators was broken and it remained broken over 24 hours, there are only three elevators so it made for crowded elevators and long waits.

I enjoyed the hotel's excellent service and amenities.

It was for a convention. The hotel is a very pleasant place. It has nice food, staff, and rooms.

I come to Kansas City on business regularly. This was my first stay at this hotel. The staff did a great job. I was picked up by the hotel shuttle within 15 minutes from the airport. I then got a ride to a local mall for free (tip the driver). Incredible service.

Everything was great; there were no problems at all!

Because of a large volume of company individuals, check in things were a little crazy. And when my luggage was locked up no one knew where it was or had a key to get in other areas or find my luggage.

The hotel was beautiful and located in an area full of shopping and restaurants. The majority of the front desk staff was a little unfriendly and unhelpful, but overall it was a good experience.

It was not pleasant -- there was a loud party on the floor below.

There was a huge problem with the cleanliness of our room, concerning waste products hidden in a cabinet we discovered. It was a very nasty experience that was not immediately rectified by the hotel staff. It has turned me against Embassy Suites.

I would definitely consider staying with them again. They are a bit pricey, but the comfort, security, etc. Their service overrides the cost.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was quick to respond to any request had -- extra decaf coffee, for instance -- and did so with a very cheerful and courteous manner.

This hotel made me feel important: I felt important there because they always try to make you feel comfortable.
