60 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

In the Palm Springs area on business, and at the suggestion of a business associate, booked this hotel.

This hotel is fairly new, and only opened last year. It offers standard suite-style rooms, and even some condos close by.

Hotel staff friendly and knowlegable.

Business center with four computer terminals and printers right off the lobby and easily accessible.

Premium bedding with high count sheets and fluffy pillows made for an excellent nights sleep.

This is an 'atrium style' hotel, with an indoor courtyard area where delicious hot breakfasts are served in the morning.

There is plenty of free parking surrounding the hotel.

I would not hesitate to use this great hotel again.

Hotel about a thirty minute ride from Palm Springs International Airport.

Guests are advised to allow sufficient time in advance of their flights, as Palm Canyon Drive can be quite busy in the mornings.

Overall, an excellent value for services received.

They gave us a room on the first floor I got the impression their were rooms on other floors but that they did not want to rent out the rooms on the upper levels because they were too lazy to run up to the rooms. The in addition they bar and room service closed at 10:00 P.M. The lady at the front desk was nice but really tired. We checked in after 9:00 PM on the way to Arizona. They have four pools which is great. However the mountains closely surround the hotel and there was no air circulation or breeze. The hotel is new therefore the rooms are nice but I got the feeling they are going through a learning curve with their staff. The breakfast was good as is the case in most Embassy Suites but they have to work on attitude and service. I am not inclined to return their again for a second visit.
