The Hilton Corp should be ashamed of this place. Incompetent and discourteous staff - nothing worked in room - A/C, phones, non smoking room that smelled of smoke, among other things. By far - the worst Embassy ...

Excellent location...the suite had nice furnishings and was clean. Perfect for a family w/ teenagers. Navy Pier was a 15 min walk, but the trolley also stops right on the corner. Rainforest, ESPN Zone, Hard Rock around the corner. Great...

We loved this hotel, it was perfect for our family. The service was wonderful, room was very comfy and clean. The location was awesome...we walked everywhere or used the free Chicago trolley. Chicago is a very friendly city.
I booked four rooms for a trade show at Embassy Suites in downtown Chicago on State Street. The rooms were $299 a night for six nights. The GM of the hotel did not charge me for the first night of my stay because of my complaint to Hilton...

I stayed at the Embassy Suites Downtown on North State Street during my Chicago visit and it was awesome!! The staff was so friendly and helpful which was great since it was my first time visiting the windy city! The rooms were always clean and neat....

I've been to Chicago three times, but only had the luxury of staying in this hotel my last time. It was wonderful. Awesome location, nice rooms. And we got a nice breakfast. I loved it and can't wait to go...
