I am in love with the customer service I am receiving from Elk Mountain Resort in planning our destination wedding. They coordinated everything for us, right down to massages, hair, makeup, flowers, hot air balloon, minister, and you name it.
They are giving us the wedding of our dreams on a silver platter, and my fiancée is so happy that I have a new "Friend" to discuss it all with instead of him. She calls, emails, and communicates everything to me and just tells me to relax and show up and enjoy it all. She's the best in the business. She hooked us up with a bridal cottage with private hot tub and even is getting candelabra for us on her own time.
I am so happy to find the customer service I couldn't find in working with the Four Seasons Lanai where we had to cancel due to rudeness by the management and staff. They did not do anything to compensate us either, except give us a different staff member who did nothing like they did in coordinating our special event. This place is a gold mine of delights and customer satisfaction. I will write more to tell everyone how it turns out when it's done!
