The hotel was accommodating as to my request for the lowest floor and the room to be close to elevator. The room was nice and the hotel was very convenient to what I wanted to do.

They have excellent service, excellent rooms and excellent complimentary items.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: They provided excellent service in the casino, as well as everywhere in the hotel. If you needed something, they helped you get it.

I was a little disappointed in the staff. Housekeeping missed one day making up our room. The coffee shop could have used more staff to wait on diners.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Most of the staff was very friendly always asking if they could help with anything.
