This was a nice hotel. The casino didn't pay off much. Service was fine.

We have stayed at the Eldorado for years and very much enjoy the central location as well as the amenities. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We will continue to use the Eldorado for years to come.

The hotel offered excellent group rates for our golfing tournament. They also extended access to the Gold Room where we could check in while imbibing adult beverages and snacks.

When I requested a late check out, they gave us one 'til 3 PM with no additional charges, as I explained I was traveling with my mother, who was not in great health. The room was clean, the showers worked wonderfully, and the beds were comfortable. The price of the room was included in a Southwest Airlines package, and it came with a free brunch for both of us at the Chef's Buffet. The food choices were terrific, and the quality of the food was excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is connected to The Silver Legacy and Circus Circus and you need not go outdoors to travel between the casinos. We had a great time at the Eldorado

I’ve stayed here several times in the past year. The consistency is really awful. Sometimes they manage to meet and exceed expectations. Everything from ordering a $250 bottle of champagne from room service and not having it show up, to ordering a drink at the pool (which is always cold, I think they refrigerate the pool water somehow) and having it take over an hour to arrive. On other stays the service has been outstanding. My advice is don’t stay here if there’s a large event in town, such as the Air Races or Hot August Nights. This resort doesn’t seem to staff itself very well if it’s full or near full. If it’s mid week and nothing’s going on, it’s a good value and the service can be outstanding.
