It is a great hotel. I would want to stay there again. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is wonderful and very helpful.

This hotel made me feel content: The security is great. There was a guard making sure only hotel guests used the elevators.

A Stay at the Eldorado. The Eldorado is a well located hotel in downtown Reno. The buffet offers good food with good value, and helped make my stay enjoyable. While not the largest hotel in the area, its layout and look-and-feel gave me the sense that it has tried hard to be a shining star within Reno.

Favorite Reno Joint. The ElDorado is my longtime favorite place to stay and have fun in The Biggest Little City in the World. The room rates are good, the staff are friendly, and gaming action is good, and we always have a fun time there. The food and beer at the Brews Brothers microbrew must be sampled, and the room service ain't bad either (I recommend the Cobb Salad).

The hotel is very good value for the dollar. The food prices are a little high. I had a great time, the hotel was close to everything.

They offer special room rates and packages and they cater to seniors. The hotel has a good location, being tied to two other casino hotels.

It is right on the Strip, handy for everything. As it shares one huge building with the Circus Circus hotel and the Silver Legacy casino you have an amazing number of choices of shows, restaurants and casinos. And the rooms in the tower at the Eldorado hotel are wonderful.

The service as a whole was good except for the front desk. There was only one person checking in and out and she was not very friendly or helpful. She acted as though you were bothering her.

The hotel was convenient for restaurants since you could go to three hotels from there without walking too much. The downtown area around the hotel was not a good option for two business women traveling together. The coffee shop, for espresso or flavored coffee could open a little earlier for business travelers.

I had a beautiful room but check in was three hours late.

They have excellent food. The Maintenance Department handled the one problem I had in a very expeditious manner. The room was a good value and very comfortable.

This hotel made me feel secure: I'm in Law Enforcement, so I evaluate security at different hotels. I noticed security everywhere that I expected, and in a few that I didn't expect. I felt reasonably sure that if any problem arose, it would be handled quickly.
