The location was great. The people were all very nice and the show was great.

When we come to Reno (which is about 4 times a year) we always stay at the Eldorado. The service is always top notch and the rooms are very nice for the price. IF you can afford to upgrade, do it. The player suites are wonderful. They come with a king sized bed, couch and love seat and a small dining table. And to top it off, there is a jacuzzi tub big enough for 2 overlooking the city. We have stayed at many other hotels in Reno, but we always come back to the Eldorado.

They have good slots I like to play on and excellent food. I especially like the Roxie's restaurant. They have good free drinks. They offer many complimentary items with the player's card. The hotel has a friendly and attentive staff.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The newspaper is available every morning, as well as special gifts for Casino Royal Cash giveaway. They offer good turndown service and wonderful free cocktails in the VIP gold room.

The Eldorado hotel is a good hotel for working people to go to. They have a good mix of clientele.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They have a large variety of games to play, and card tables. The machines weren't tight, so I actually got to play for a while and enjoy myself.

I don't recommend the hotels in the El Dorado except for the breakfast buffet, which is very good. Lunches and dinner have a minimum 30-45 minutes wait.

We ate dinner at the Tivoli Gardens Restaurant. We waited an hour for the table which was fine considering there were seven of us. But, the problem arose when we sat down and it took a half an hour to get water and then fifteen more minutes before anyone came to take our order. I think that is an absolutely ridiculous amount of time to wait for food.

This hotel made me feel entertained: There were a great deal of things to do in and around the hotel, considering we were in Reno. There was the casino and many shows to go see. It was a good time.

We had a very nice stay. Except for the street work going on it was very easy to get to. It was comfortable, clean and friendly.

I recently had the misfortune of having a flight delay in Reno. Alaska Airlines was gracious enough to offer its patrons an option to stay at a local hotel and leave the next day or wait for our five-hour delayed flight.

I opted for the hotel and was very pleased to see that the voucher was for $154.00 at a local casino/hotel. At check in the night manager came up to me and asked if I had ever stayed at the Eldorado before. I replied "No", but I would decide if I ever would, it would be the type of room $154.00 would get me.

I was given an extremely small room with a double bed that almost filled the room and no desk, not that there would have been room for it. There was lots of noise from outside and the room smelled unused. I also did not receive any of the usual Casino perks to encourage me to visit their gaming area or restaurants. The manager stated that they were over booked and we would be staying in the economy rooms and I shouldn't complain since I wasn't paying for it. Well, she said that to the wrong person, not only am I complaining to the hotel but also to Alaska Airlines, and every website I can find that rates hotels.

The hotel was conveniently located in the middle of Reno. It was clean and well maintained. The buffet was great. It had a nice pool and a hot tub.

The room was complimentary by the casino. I stay there frequently.

The hotel was centrally located. It had good prices and comfortable rooms. I did not like the added three dollars per day energy surcharge.

The service is ok. The only thing I did not like was that the centralized air conditioning was turned too low so it was not cool enough.
