55 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The front desk staff was appalling and very disrespectful. They were discourteous and rude. They laughed in the face of the customers and they would not call their manager when asked to. They provided the name of their manager and a number to call when checking out and it was not answered.
I am not likely
to return to the El Paso Marriott.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It was a nice hotel for the price. The computer was down when checking in, so the key for the room was not available for about one hour. It was convenient near the airport so no taxi was needed, but the courtesy bus worked fine.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the El Paso Marriott.
I might recommend it to friends.
