This was the best holiday I have been on and I am well travelled. We had no problems and they staff were always willing to help. The food was spot on and had a wide variety to choose from.

The rooms were perfect and had everything I would come to expect from a 5* hotel.

I went for my cousins wedding and everything for the wedding was done to her expectations.

I cant wait to return!

This was the worse trip of our lives and we are experienced travelers. We went there on our honeymoon, and I spent 3 days in bed with food poisoning. I wanted to go to the doctor and get some Cipro but was told I had to pay $70 to get the doctor to write me a prescription, which I had to pay out of pocket for (and they would not even tell us how much the medicine would cost). That was only part of the problem. The people are nice enough if you do not ask for anything more than they are willing to give. For example, when we asked for mineral water at breakfast instead of having orange juice, we received an attitude from the waiter. Most of them seem to be put out with any request you make and we are not very needy people. The room was cold, wet and ant infested, and the bed was so uncomfortable we woke up stiff every morning. Maid service does not actually clean your room, they just remake your bed to make it look nice. The sheets were never changed so expect to sleep with sand in your sheets. I don't even know if the towels were fresh. The food was terrible and don't expect them to really put alcohol in your drinks-they don't. I would compare this to staying in prison for a week only with worse food. They were pushy and rude people. They are willing enough to beg for tips and swipe your credit card but know nothing about customer service. When we went to talk to our "concierge", we were given a 45 minute spiel about going on a meeting for time shares before we cut him off. When we tried to voice our concerns over the uncleanliness of the place, they said sorry it is raining today. I was more concerned over my health than a few rain drops outside. I didn’t even know it was raining because I couldn't leave the bed. If you go there, be careful.

Went here for our honeymoon! Wonderful! Never had better service in my entire life! Very relaxed atmosphere.. in the riviera maya about a half hour from Cancun main strip.. white sandy beach.. beautiful aqua water.. tiki huts..beds on the beach.. waterfall rock shower.. princess canopy bed.. hammocks on balcony.. waterfront pools... like 7 or 8 pools at the resort.. food food more food! included room service! delicious room service breakfasts served to us on our balcony overlooking the ocean and tropical breezes.. delicious little drinks with umbrellas and fruit.. it's like a tropical paradise! Little golf carts taking you around the resort.. iguanas and peacocks just walking around on their own.. jacuzzis..hot tubs.. bars.. dances...activities.. ALL inclusive all you can drink, eat.. including alcohol!

Loved it so much we are going back this year for our one year anniversary and bought a timeshare!
