So my fiancee and I stayed here after a wedding. He checked in even thought I made the reservation. They changed our room without telling me, even though I had called to confirm the day before. Also, without telling me when I made the reservation, t
The facility was clean but the decor is awful. The hallway furniture does not match the carpet nor the wall treatments. Some of the decor is countryish antique which is appropriate to the area, but then some of the decor is 80's glam, and other...

When my family of five rooms checked in Friday 10/26/07 around 7PM we had to call and have maintenance give us some hot water. The heated pool was cold and the jacuzzi was out of service. In two of the five rooms weed stems were left behind on the beds - so room service must have forgotten to clean the rooms. After returning from a long day out Saturday evening around 9PM room service had skipped my room and forgot to service my room. When I called the front desk the desk manager gave me attitude and did not offer to fix the issue. Sunday morning the guests were told a transformer blew and no one had hot water to bath and also the restaurant/ room service was closed due to the issue. Two young staff members were left to listen to all of the unhappy guests during check out Sunday morning. The owner of the hotel advised his staff to give each guest a whole $10 off of their stay. I will never go back again. Nice hotel decor - HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND THE JOINT. In the middle of a emergency the hotel owner could not even make it to the property on Sunday to help his staff handle the lose of water to his private establishment.
I stayed here in the late 1980's when it was still a Sheraton. I thought it was okay but not great. Gave it another try in the late 90's, as another convention on site.
