Carpet was dirty and soiled, as well as the bathroom floors. What really turned me off from returning to this hotel is that the pillow cases has "gray" spots from previous renter's heads as did the bathroom floor mat was gray in the center. Mattress was lumpy and did not sleep very well. I felt that this hotel was overrated.

Because it was apparently the off season we got a room for about half the price. The staff were friendly and patient. The only disappointing thing about our room was the view, it looked out to an alley, the apartments and the parking garage.

I am very likely to return to the Eighth Avenue Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The motel's location was very good for access to downtown Seattle. I did not like the fact that I was charged an additional fee for parking in spaces in front of the motel.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Eighth Avenue Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

There was an $8 charge per night to park at the motel. I thought that all motels had free parking.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Eighth Avenue Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

I did not like paying to park my car. But the motel's location is excellent for downtown Seattle. It's close to many attractions.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Eighth Avenue Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.
