The room was not clean, hair in bathtub a cup of cirarettes on the balcany and this was a non smoking room. No maid sevice unless you asked for it. Staff not very helpful. They beat around the bush when asked why our room wasn't clean. No clean towels unless you asked. Ice machine always empty (only one ice machine for the whole place and it on the groung floor). They left a piece of equipment in the middle of the floor and my elderly mother inlaw tripped over it when we first arrived. The staff is young and immature. The hotel is in a nice location close to beach and pier. The rooms are OK but the service is not very good.
