I'm a half-owner of a 1 BR, 1 week share. Amenities in units vary. Most are very nice, but we arrived for our week one year to find there were no stove or oven - just a 2-burner hotplate and an electric skillet. No other units were available, so we had to make do. Firewood for fireplaces used to be free, but now you have to pay for it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Safeway and a good Italian restaurant (Lanza's) are right across the street. Nevada casinos are 2 miles away. Location given as Tahoe Vista is incorrect - the place is in Kings Beach.
