I have stayed at this motel a few times. It looks like there are new owners that took over in January 07.
The motel was pretty tired and everything needed to be changed. I have stayed in about 10 different rooms there, they were all old.
The new owners are renovation the rooms though, and they look great! The rooms are large, with nice TVs and pretty great decor. Also, they have all new bathrooms. I paid $55 for a really nice room and I will be staying here a lot now.
The motel has electronic locks (great for safety) and the parking lot is pretty wide open so it is easy to keep and eye on your car.
