Air conditioning did not work and hotel staff would not do anything about it.

After checking into the hotel, we were told that the beds were two queen size beds. The hotel staff had lied; they were double beds. We should have changed rooms but were too tired. Big mistake! During the night my wife fell off the bed and landed on her hand. My wife is on heavy pain medications which prevented her from fully waking up. A month later my wife still has difficulty using her right hand. And we're still waiting for the manager to call us!

It’s a good value and a pleasant hotel.
