This hotel was a reck!!. You pay for what you get. We had a hard time getting the door to our room locked,the beds were small an dlooked dirty(not queens). When we asked for extra pillows they did not supply them. The pool was SO GROSS that i...

35 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

No housekeeping until 5pm on Saturday while my husband was in the shower!

No extra towels. We were only allowed 2 per room for the pool. We had 3 people in our room. Late checkout request denied. I had to pay for an extra night because I was away from the hotel on Sunday until 2:30. The hotel wasn't full, and housekeeping obviously isn't an issue, so why no late checkout? Terrible place! The common areas were dirty and staff was not pleasant. Should be more prepared for a full house. Waste of money

I am not likely to return to the Econo Lodge & Suites.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The heating system was messed up and we had to move twice.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Econo Lodge & Suites.

This is a cheap, clean hotel with a great loyalty program.

I am very likely to return to the Econo Lodge & Suites.

We were traveling, needed a place to stay, and it was late. It was there, we have used them before, and know they are clean. It was OK. There was nothing great or fancy. It was good for a night’s sleep before traveling on.
