We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here during the week of 2-8 august 2009. the service was excellent as was the staff. we will surely stay there again on our next visit

No housekeeping until 5pm on Saturday while my husband was in the shower!
No extra towels. We were only allowed 2 per room for the pool. We had 3 people in our room. Late checkout request denied. I had to pay for an extra night because I was away from the hotel on Sunday until 2:30. The hotel wasn't full, and housekeeping obviously isn't an issue, so why no late checkout? Terrible place! The common areas were dirty and staff was not pleasant. Should be more prepared for a full house. Waste of money
GREAT HELP FROM STAFF MEMEBERS AND EXCELLENT WORKERS. WELL KEPT AND OVER ALL JUST VERY WELL RESPECTFUL TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS!! I WOULD COME BACK HERE AND STAY IN A HEART BEAT!!
